Before you introduce Cavetta to one of your trusted clients, we ask the questions to understand the needs of your client. To provide you with the confidence that we understand their needs and can assist you in fulfilling them.

Stage 1 - Confidence is Key
We will meet with you and discuss how we will look after your client’s needs and what they can expect from claiming capital allowances.
We will talk you through our processes and bespoke software for valuing and claiming capital allowances, and how we will work with your clients, answering any questions you may have along the way. At this stage we will also discuss any cross referral opportunities.
Then, if you wish to partner with us, we will forward you a copy of our introducer’s agreement.

Stage 2 - Knowledge is Key
We know that claiming capital allowances for commercial property is often viewed as being complicated. We know that explaining this tax relief can be difficult. Our goal is to make the process of claiming capital allowances easy and understandable.
We help our referral partners by firstly providing training for them and secondly, answering every question and discussing every potential opportunity with them. Helping them to ask the right questions in order to get a maximised result for their clients capital allowances claims.

Stage 3 - Rewards are Key
We are firm believers in keeping our referral partners informed about how the capital allowances valuations are progressing at each stage of the process.
Once we have successfully completed the capital allowances valuation, invoicing process and received payment, we will pay you your referral fee and provide you with some feedback.
It is that simple!

Stage 4 - Working together
Being an independent business with over 30 years of experience, we are able to give your clients the benefit of this.
However, the main advantage of working with us is that we can offer a more personal service. As we are not a major corporation, we have the advantage that we can take the time to ask questions, understand your needs and most of all take personal pride in saving your clients money.
In addition, we don’t charge for our initial reviews or phone calls, and we don’t get involved unless we can add value to a business.

Stage 5 - Seamless process
Our philosophy at Cavetta Consulting is honesty – if we can not add value, we will not take an appointment.
We work with, not instead of an accountant. In addition, we do not get involved with a project if we believe that your accountant will be able to pick up the qualifying items without our help.
However, once appointed, we work with all necessary advisors. We will ask the questions, obtain the information with minimum involvement or direction from the client. In addition, we take great care to ensure that all the figures produced are consistent with your financial statements.
