Newsletter August 2018
Over the last few months ,we have being doing a significant amount of networking. At each event we attend a recurring theme emerges, that being, many business owners and commercial property investors do not know that they can claim tax relief for the fixtures and fittings within their property.
Newsletter April 2018
The “Beast from the East” has certainly blown a wind of change through Cavetta. Now that the snow has cleared and the first signs of spring are appearing, so too is our new logo. Let us know what you think.
One issue that we continue to try to overcome for commercial property owners is, the lack of awareness that they can claim capital allowances for the embedded fixtures and fittings within their properties. We would go as far to say that 90% of businesses will claim on a new car but only 60% will claim for a new building.
Newsletter June 2017
Welcome the first newsletter of 2017 a bit late but it has been a busy start. 2016 was if nothing else a year of changes for us further embedding the business. This new year will see some changes in our company with the launch of our new website and our first venture into new offices.
One change that we hope to install is greater awareness of the tax relief that is available for commercial property owners and we will continue to promote through our seminars.
Claiming capital allowances provides a real-time cash flow advantage. What changes would you make reducing the tax you pay?
Newsletter October 2016
More often than not, capital allowances advisors, like accountants, deal with retrospective events. Indeed we come across situations were tax relief has not been maximised and in some cases lost altogether. These situations can be avoided by talking with advisors at the early stages of an acquisition or development.
We love saving our clients money. But planning to save them money is more enjoyable as it produces better results.
Newsletter July 2016
Welcome the summer 2016 edition of our newsletter. Having just past out first year in business on 8th June, we have enjoyed spreading the word on capital allowances and meeting new contacts. One of those contacts is Neil Wotherspoon. Senior Associate with Tuffin Ferraby Taylor, who has provided us with this edition’s guest article on page 2, which discusses the benefits of Technical Due Diligence. At Cavetta we enjoy doing things differently, so if like Neil, you would like to do a guest article which reaches over 200 people please let us know.
Newsletter April 2016
As we approach our first year end, although short, has been a great one. We have learned many things and one of those is our decision, leave the relative comfort of being an employees, to from the company was the right one. Seeing our Client base grow and being able to offer those Clients advice, that saves them money for cost effective fee is extremely satisfying.
At Cavetta we enjoy doing things differently. Our intention in this newsletter is not only to inform but to make our newsletter a lighter read.
Newsletter December 2015
Welcome to the first edition of our newsletter.
Writing a website is a very difficult task. The site not only has to look good, have a reasonable technical grounding, but also be interesting so that people will not only visit the website but also stay on it for a period of time.
I feel that if a company newsletter similarly does not have these qualities, then it will end up in the PDF graveyard somewhere in cyberspace.
At Cavetta we enjoy doing things differently. Our intention in this newsletter is not only to inform but to make our newsletter a lighter read. We hope you enjoy it and welcome your suggestions.
