Overview

With out client ready to transform a city-centre site into the most vibrant entertainment venue, the ambition was clear: something different, something memorable, and a space where every detail, from the stages to the sound system, was designed to deliver an experience unlike anything else in the city. With £2 million + invested, two floors, multiple bars, and nightly shows, the challenge was to make sure the scale and complexity of the fit-out were matched by a capital allowances claim that left nothing on the table.

The client wanted confidence that every qualifying item was identified, categorised, and claimed correctly, making the numbers as defensible as the design.

Our approach:
methodical, client-focused, and built for scrutiny

With a project of this scale, the risk is always that details slip through the cracks especially with so much invested in both infrastructure and atmosphere.

We reviewed the final account and all direct orders, identified and extracted qualifying plant and machinery (main pool and special rate pool) , categorised all expenditure including main pool, special rate pool, repairs, structures and buildings, produced a clear, defensible breakdown to support the client and their advisers  and ensured the claim covered everything from the major installations to the last detail (from sound systems to cloakroom fit-out)

The goal: make the claim easy to understand, ready to support, and absolutely complete.
